Royal Green Hojari Grade Frankincense is obtained from the Boswellia sacra tree in the Samhan mountains of Oman. It is the highest grade of Frankincense, known for its exceptional natural scent. Royal Hojari contains the highest concentration of oils among all Frankincense grades, averaging 8.5%. It is believed to be the same type of Frankincense brought by the magi to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Frankincense has a rich history spanning over 5000 years and is highly valued as an incense of antiquity. Additionally, Frankincense is edible and can be chewed like gum, providing oral health benefits and a long-lasting flavor. The gum portion of Frankincense is water-soluble, while the majority of its composition consists of resin, which contains boswellic acids that are not present in the essential oil.
